In Section 9 of the Principal Act,-

- (1) For sub-section (1) the following sub-section (1) is substituted:- “(1) Shareholder of a private company The number shall be as determined in the regulations and if not so determined, it cannot exceed one hundred and one.

"(2) After subsection (3) the following subsection (4) is added:-

" (4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-sections (1) and (2), if a company constructs any infrastructure structure using local resources in accordance with the prevailing law, if it is necessary to sell shares to the residents of the project-affected area from such structure, the number of shareholders distributed to the shareholders of such shares shall not be counted. /p>
